Privacy Policy

RAKD Club collects the information you give us (your name, email, the hours you log, and the organizations you connect with) to run the rewards program — verifying volunteer hours, awarding and redeeming points, and showing your impact.

We don't sell your personal information. Nonprofits you volunteer with can see your name and the hours you log or sign up for with them. When you redeem a reward, that business sees your name and the redemption code so they can hand it over.

Sharing your contact info with a business is always your choice. When you redeem a reward you can tick a box to share your name and email with that one business so it can send you extra deals. It's off unless you tick it, it applies only to that business, and you can stop sharing at any time under Settings. Once you stop, that business no longer sees your details in RAKD Club. A business may already have saved your email before you stopped; ask them directly to remove it from their own lists.

Cookies. We use only essential first-party cookies: one keeps you signed in and protects forms, the other remembers your cookie choice. We don't use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. To remember your cookie choice we also keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) for up to a year.
